Secret Service Human Capital Reform

The recruitment and retention of talented, dedicated people is integral to any successful organization.  Nowhere is this truer than at the United States Secret Service, which relies on highly skilled professionals to tackle critical national security responsibilities such as combating currency counterfeiting and protecting the president.

At the request of the Secret Service, a BENS team led by member Paul Stern of Claris Capital conducted an independent review of the service’s retirement system to assist the agency in addressing attrition concerns among Special Agents and other staff.
