For the past few years BENS has collaborated with the Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) in Norfolk, Virginia, to provide their Experimentation Group with business experts drawn from our members and elsewhere in support of exercises, experimentation and long-range concept development.
As BENS members and other private-sector experts have experiences and points of view that often differ from the perspectives of the military establishment, their participation in such activities at JFCOM provides a dimension that is both useful and instructive. BENS’ stature give it the power to convene appropriate participation in these experiments and exercises.
