Vickie McGrath joined BENS in 2009 bringing experience in membership recruitment/development, business development and relationship management. Vickie came to BENS from The Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS) where she was Director of Member/Business Development. Prior to her role at HRPS, Vickie spent in excess of fourteen years in corporate human resources at Citibank, Bankers Trust Company and GTE Corporation. She earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology from William Smith College.
