Continuing our momentum into the new year, the BENS Competitiveness Council is excited to host Jim Baker, Director of the Office of Net Assessment on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2.00 PM EST.

The Office of Net Assessment is the DOD’s source of long-term future thinking on strategies and opportunities that improve the U.S.’s military, economic, and political competitiveness. As Director, Jim is responsible for providing the Secretary of Defense with assessments of U.S. military capabilities relative to other actors, as well as the political, economic and regional implications of those assessments.
