Our Work

Resilience

The increased digitalization of business, government, and public safety has brought significant vulnerabilities alongside opportunity. Malicious actors continue to exploit weak links. Natural disasters expose relative degrees of individual, business, and community preparedness. Building on our relationships with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Homeland Security, our resilience work aims to assist in strengthening pre-disaster connections between the public and private sectors, in planning for disaster recovery and reconstitution, and in developing change management strategies to improve upon existing decision-making frameworks in the homeland security enterprise.
